The founding Director, Tung Wei Ling A.K.A Wei who came from a family with property development background has decades of leadership & entrepreneurship in IT, hospitality & real-estate business. All these experiences contribute in him the essentials of vision & perseverance, alertness & maturity as a qualified fortune leader.

The latest flagship project, The One in Flatbush (133 housing development project which is currently under-construction) hit a record for The One Property Group as the fastest pre-sale, being successfully sold over 70% within hours, which was featured on the front page of NZ Herald’s business news.
