When we moved to New Zealand 4 years ago, my husband and I have always dreamt of owning a property to ourselves as we are only a small family of three. We both worked hard to get to where we are now and is able to save a deposit. THE ONE in Astley is actually our first house that we ever owned. It’s great to be able to move in the townhouse within a year, actually 6 months after 7 months when we signed the contract. We feel lucky that the price is within our budget had made us choose a wise decision of paying the down payment. It is the lifestyle upon our imagination. Contemporary architectural designed outside (very impressive at the first sight) , easy maintenance (the brick/ weather board, brand new white appliances), we don’t want to spend too much time doing the upgrade of an old house which need a lot of patience and energy. Thanks THE ONE for making everything we want in such an easy approachable way, and making it real fast and nice. THE ONE understands what this generation of young people are thinking about. My parents are happy to see that we have a sweet home here now. And they came over at some weekends, we can have a decent meal together in this spacy lounge. The backyard is enough to enjoy the sunshine while save us lots of trouble doing the chores.”
We had been to several open homes before, the atmosphere would always drive me crazy. We are a family of three, and the apartment was not convenient for taking care of our child. THE ONE townhouse in New Lynn was a good shot for us and was within our budget. We are satisfied with all our needs. We moved in this year in March, It is great to be able to have a comfortable living home. We just wanted to say thank you to THE ONE. We are happy with the standard of finish on the house; love the size of the property and the layout is just great. I think we will definitely go with THE ONE again if budget allows, an easy way to enjoy our lives.
